Toeflify is an online TOEFL preparation platform that provides lessons, practice exercises, a diagnostic placement test, progress tracking, and an AI study assistant. By creating an account or using Toeflify, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy below.

TOEFL is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). Toeflify is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by ETS.

Levels, bands, and scores shown in Toeflify (including placement results) are practice estimates to guide your study. They are not official TOEFL scores and cannot be used for admissions, certification, or any official purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to consent to processing of personal data in your jurisdiction.

You may sign in with email and password or with a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

When using Toeflify, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users’ data, accounts, or content.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to break the security of the service or its providers.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute lessons, questions, or generated content at scale.
• Abuse AI features (assistant, exercise generation) to generate disallowed content or to overload the service; reasonable rate limits apply.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law.

Some practice questions, explanations, and assistant replies are produced by automated AI models. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and may not reflect real TOEFL items. Use it as study support, not as an authoritative source.

Generated practice content is provided for your personal study. Curriculum content is curated over time; you should verify anything you rely on for an exam.

The Toeflify name, design, curriculum, and software are owned by Toeflify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own TOEFL preparation.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Toeflify does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that study with it will achieve any particular score.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toeflify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Toeflify at any time and may delete your account from your profile, which permanently removes your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that risks the security of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

We collect the data needed to run your account and personalize study:

• Account data: name, email, and profile image (if you set one), and your authentication identity.
• Learning data: quiz and exercise attempts, answers, scores, placement results, skill mastery, and learning-path progress.
• Assistant data: messages you send to the AI assistant and the page context you choose to share with it.
• Technical data: standard request information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your data to:

• Provide and secure your account and the learning features.
• Score practice, estimate your level, track progress, and generate your personalized learning path.
• Power AI features (assistant replies and practice generation) using only the minimal context needed.
• Improve curriculum and product quality.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate Toeflify. Data is shared only as needed to deliver the service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage hosting.
• Sanity — curriculum and blog content management.
• Groq — AI model provider for the assistant and exercise generation (receives only the prompt/context needed for a reply).
• Cohere — text-embedding generation used for lesson retrieval.
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth) if you choose it.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service. These are required for authentication and are not used for third-party advertising.

We keep your account and learning data while your account is active so your progress persists across sessions. When you delete your account, your account and associated owner-scoped data are permanently removed.

You can view and update your profile, change your password, and permanently delete your account from the profile page. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data — contact us to exercise them.

Access to your data is restricted with per-user row-level security so that users can only read and write their own records. Privileged operations run only on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Toeflify is intended for test-takers old enough to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

We may update this policy as the product and providers evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
